INGREDIENTS (FR)
- 4 slices of PanPiuma:
-> Grano Tenero or Piumino
- 2 appels
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 pat of butter or margarine
- Grated lemon zest
- Sugar (as you like)
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Cut the apples into slices
- Melt the butter or margarine in a non-stick pan and cook the apple slices with the sugar, cinnamon and grated lemon zest over medium heat for 10 minutes, until the apple slices are golden brown .
- Flatten the slices of bread to facilitate preparation
- Arrange the apple slices in the middle of the PanPiuma slices
- Roll the PanPiuma slices with apple slices
- Bake the small rolls for 10 minutes at 180°C in the oven
- Cut the rolls into thick discs, finish with powdered sugar and cinnamon and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional)
