PANPIUMA PIZZETTE

4 persons - 5 min. (preparation) + 10min. (cooking)


INGREDIENTS

- 4 slices of PanPiuma:

-> Fiocchi di Cereali or Integrale

- Tomato sauce Passata

- 150g Mozzarella or vegetal Mozzarella

- basil leaves

- Fresh tomatoes

- Olive oil

- Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

- Preheat the oven to 180°C

- Cut the PanPiuma slices into circles of the size of your choice using a protruding form

- Cover the cut PanPiuma slices with tomato sauce and pre-cut pieces of mozzarella and tomatoes

- Add a drizzle of olive oil, pepper and a pinch of salt

- Heat your pizza in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes

- Finish your hot pizza with chopped basil leaves just before serving
